I am very grateful to Richard for his assistance with my case. My student visa expired in August and during the time I was struggling financially to pay for the visa renewal. I did inform the immigration regarding my situation and I was told that I still had 28 days after expiry to appl. I went to to immigration on the 28th day and was given visa D. I was adviced that I had 7 days to apply from that day. Although I went to immigration within the time frame, I was given visa E and asked to leave Australia. I stumbled on Richard’s website and I am very fortunate that I did. He battled for me for the past 2 months with regards to this. Usually I will be given 3 year band. But because of his help I managed to get a new visa. He was extremely helpful and very re-assuring. Please do strongly consider him helping you and I am sure you wont regret it
